Who is responsible for your data

This website, rodderz.com, is operated by Rodderz (Rodney Cornelius), based in Stockholm, Sweden.

What data we collect and why

We do not set any cookies ourselves and we do not use analytics trackers or any form of user profiling. The only personal data we collect is submitted voluntarily through the booking enquiry form. Some content on the site, such as the embedded SoundCloud player and our web fonts, is loaded from third parties, which is explained under "Embedded content" below.

When you submit the booking form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• The venue or event, date and type of booking, if you provide them
• The message you write

This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not use it for marketing, share it with third parties for commercial purposes, or retain it beyond the time needed to handle your request.

Legal basis for processing

We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — specifically, the legitimate interest of responding to booking enquiries submitted at your own initiative.

Where the enquiry progresses toward an agreement, processing may also be necessary for the performance of a pre-contractual arrangement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Third-party processors

Two external services process data in connection with this site. Both are US-based companies with appropriate safeguards in place for transfers of personal data from the EU.

Embedded content from other services

Some parts of this site are loaded directly from other companies' servers. When your browser loads them, those companies receive technical data such as your IP address and browser details, and may set their own cookies. They act as independent controllers under their own privacy policies, not on our behalf.

Links to our profiles on SoundCloud, Instagram, Facebook and Resident Advisor only take you to those sites when you click them. Once there, their own privacy policies apply.

How long we keep your data

Booking enquiries received by email are kept only for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry. If no booking results, correspondence is deleted within a reasonable period. If a booking is made, related correspondence may be retained for the duration of the professional relationship.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — you can ask what data we hold about you
• Rectification — you can ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — you can ask us to delete your data
• Restriction — you can ask us to limit how we use your data
• Objection — you can object to our processing of your data
• Portability — you can ask for your data in a portable format

Right to complain

If you believe your personal data has been handled in a way that does not comply with GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), which is the supervisory authority in Sweden.
